ประเทศไทยเข้าร่วมแสดงนิทรรศการ เวนิสเบียนนาเล่ ครั้งที่14 Thailand Pavilion at 14th la Biennale di Venezia

Arsenale, Biennale

The Thai cultural core has had her seeds sown in Spirituality. It is the soul of our way of life and source of individual freedom and creativity. Its presence has continuously stimulated the pursuit of dreams and wonder, expressions of delightful mysteriousness, serenity, joy and great beauty in Thai architecture.Today, however, it lies threatened at the very edge of life because we absorb modernity eagerly, without critical reflection and restraint.By way of Thai Spirituality, architect and Thai National Artist Lek Bunnag has created an installation of a serene world of silhouettes and shadows of lines, surfaces and forms. The aim is to share the visual and meditative experience of searching for new architectural language – a language which has potential to be developed by each individual and which enhances the identity and meaningfulness of being Thai.Participants: Exhibition Designer: Lek Mathar BunnagDesign Production by: Bunnag Architects International Consultants, Bangkok, Thailand.Team Members: Lek Mathar Bunnag, Louisa Ka Fung Bunnag, Nook Thawee Khamkiti,.
