Quantity Surveyor (QS) – ผู้ถอดแบบและประเมินราคา

Job Highlights:

• ESTIMATOR
• Bill of Quantity (BOQ)

Responsibilities:

• ถอดแบบ ตรวจเช็คปริมาณงานออกแบบและตกแต่งภายในให้ตรงตามแบบและ BOQ
• ประมาณราคา ประมาณวัสดุงานก่อสร้างตกแต่งภายใน จากแบบ
• ประมาณราคาส่วนก่อสร้าง ตกแต่งภายในที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง
• นำเสนอ แนวทางการลดราคาค่าก่อสร้าง ตกแต่งภายใน กรณีราคาเกินงบประมาณที่ตั้งไว

Qualifications:

• การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน BOQ ถอดแบบและประมาณราคา 1 ปีขึ้นไป
• สามารถตรวจสอบปริมาณงาน คิดงานเพิ่ม ลด ถอดแบบ ดูแบบได้
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้ดี
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ชอบความก้าวหน้า
• ทนต่อแรงกดดันได้
• สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
• ปรับตัวและทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
• มีความใฝ่รู้และพัฒนาตนเองตลอดเวลา
