Architect

We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated architect designer to join our team. As an architect designer at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential , commercial and healthcare spaces.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
-Develop design concepts and presentations
-Create detailed drawings and specifications
-Coordinate with contractors and vendors
-Conduct site visits to ensure design vision is realized

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architect Design or related field
-2-5 years of professional experience
-Strong design skills, including proficiency in design software and tools
-Excellent communication and project management skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Portfolio showcasing previous projects

Welfare:

-Mid and End of the year bonus (0-6 months depends on individual performace)
-OT in weekend (Not much occurred)
