Senior Interior Designer (Urgent)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Lead the design development phase of architectural projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications.
• Ensure design compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

• Demonstrate proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Conduct site visits and surveys.
• Prepare construction documents and tender packages.

TEAM LEADERSHIP

• Participate in design reviews and critiques.
• Contribute to the development of architectural standards and guidelines.
• Mentor and guide junior architects.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in architectural software.
• Understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Project management skills.
• Business level English.
• High growth mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior. 
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3dsMax corona.
