Landscape Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design landscape concepts aligned with project requirements.
• Prepare concept design and schematic design.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, construction teams, clients and related parties.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality according to design solutions.
• Analyze site conditions and propose appropriate design solutions.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Present design proposals using SketchUp, PowerPoint, and other related tools.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software. (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape and relevant program)
• Strong communication skills in English. (writing, speaking, listening and reading)
• Creative thinking, strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure.
• Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
