Horticulturist for Landscape design project

Key Responsibilities

• Select appropriate plant species based on design intent, site conditions, climate and maintenance requirements.
• Provide horticultural input during landscape design development, including plant palettes and specifications.
• Review and approve plant materials from nurseries and suppliers.
• Supervise planting work on-site to ensure compliance with design drawings and horticultural  best practices.
• Coordinate with landscape architects, contractors, project manager and other relevant parties.
• Ensure landscape works comply with project specifications and sustainability standards.
• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Horticulture or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in horticulture or landscape-related projects.
• Strong knowledge on plant species, planting techniques, and landscape maintenance.
• Good understanding of landscape drawing and specifications.
