Job Highlights:

• Create an interior design work in conjunction with the project budget.
• Cover and review design from the interior designer in the team.
• Work on creative as well as stunning designs.
• Work on plans with other departments to achieve goals.
• Perform space planning and visualizes for 3D Visualizer.
• Prepare design proposals, concept images, and color selections.
• Produce tender drawings, working drawings, and interior finishes specifications.
• Ensure design quality and authority compliance.
• Review and approves shop drawings and material submitted.
• Coordinate and execute turn-key projects.

Requirements:

• Passionate about interior design.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in interior projects.
• Strong in design concepts, design detailing materials, and technical requirements.
• Strong in FF&E, Mood Board, and Hand sketching.
• Good knowledge of computer Autodesk, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft office.
