Interior Construction Manager

Job Highlights:

• Manage overall construction project (interior).
• Go on-site to look over construction project.

Job Descriptions:

• Providing technical knowledge to the house owner.
• Planning and managing the timeline and quality of each project to meet the clients’ expectations within budget.
• Overseeing the project starting from the project timeline, budget control, manage & coordinate with a subcontract for all construction process.
• Overseeing all on-site construction and monitor project progress to ensure that it meets corporate policy and project schedule planning.
• Discussing and negotiating with Subcontractors / Vendors.
• Inspecting all contractor on work progress for each phase.
• Managing changes to the project scope, project schedules and project costs, using appropriate verification techniques.
• Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule.
• Overseeing Budget management, Quotation, BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Preparing quotation and submission of tender/quotation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Interior Architectural, Decorator or related fields.
• Experience from Interior Design firm / Construction firm as Construction Manager in interior design field.
• Minimum 6 years of total working experience in Construction field (interior architect).
• Have knowledge for Budget Control (BOQ).
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Have initiative thought and strong analytical skill.
• Good personality, Leadership, Management, Communication, Problem-solving and planning skills is required.
• Excellent analytical internal communication skills.
• Good command in English is the plus.
