We are looking for a visionary Intermediate Lighting Designer to join our HCMC team. In this role, you won’t just follow blueprints—you will actively shape the day-to-day creative and technical development of major international projects. Collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team, you will conceptualize, refine, and deliver bespoke lighting solutions that balance stunning aesthetics with structural precision.

What You Bring to the Studio

• Experience: 2–5 years of proven professional experience in the design industry.
• Education: A degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field.
• Technical Mastery: High proficiency in CAD, Adobe Suite, Dialux. Knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows would be beneficial.
• Design Eyeball: A strong eye for architectural perspective, meticulous attention to structural detail, and a passion for how light interacts with materials and space.
• Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate design concepts confidently to both team members and clients.
• Sustainability: Knowledge of sustainable, energy-efficient lighting practices is a major plus.
