Job Title: Administration & HR Manager/Officer

Company Overview:
We are a premier interior design firm in Bangkok, specializing in interior design projects for luxury hospitality clients across Asia. We are dedicated to creating extraordinary spaces for high-end hotels and resorts.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and bilingual Administration & HR Manager/Officer for our Bangkok studio. You will be the backbone of our operations, managing the employee lifecycle, day-to-day office administration, and ensuring smooth collaboration across our creative, project, and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

Studio Management: Oversee the smooth daily operations of our Bangkok studio, including managing office supplies, vendor relationships (e.g., IT, cleaning, etc), and facilities maintenance.
Coordination for Courier and Travels: Book flights, transportation, and hotel accommodations for design teams traveling to global luxury hospitality project sites, and courier shipments of project deliverables to clients’ office (handle customs clearance, etc).
Project Documentation: Provide general administrative support for project proposals, filing, and organizing corporate documents.  
Accounting assistance: Organize and collate the necessary documents/data for accounting processes.

Human Resources

Talent Acquisition: Partner with design directors to source top-tier creative talent, manage job postings, coordinate interviews, etc.    
Compliance & Labor Law: Manage all HR-related legalities in Thailand, including securing Thai Work Permits and Visas for foreign designers if needed, as well as processing Social Security Fund (SSF) contributions and insurance renewals.
Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding benefits, leave, and company policies, ensuring a positive, inclusive work culture.  
Payroll & Performance: Collate monthly attendance, timesheets, leave, and overtime records for the payroll provider, and assist leadership in coordinating performance review cycles.  

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR and Office Administration, preferably within an architecture, interior design, or creative agency in Thailand.
Language Skills: Excellent command of both Thai and English (spoken and written) to manage local staff, labor authorities, regional headquarters, and international clients.
Legal Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Thai labor laws, payroll processing, and visa/work permit application procedures.
Soft Skills: High level of discretion, strong multitasking abilities, strong personnel management abilities, strong threshold for fast pace working environment, ability to deliver under pressure, and an eye for detail to match the premium standards of the luxury hospitality industry.
