Architect

Working closely with Senior Architect and other team members, you will support conceptual design approaches and develop project design and presentation drawings. In addition, you will support in coordination with other consultants and participate in project meetings and presentations as needed.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

The executive shall perform tasks that may include but not limited to:

●      Carry out space planning and design conceptualization.

●      Provide pre-design services which may include conducting feasibility and environmental impact studies, selecting a site, or specifying the requirements the design must meet.

●      Prepare drawings and present ideas to the client.

●      Develop final construction plans that show the building’s appearance as well as details for its construction.

●      Follow building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances.

●      Make necessary changes throughout the planning process.

●      Prepare the budget of projects.
