Location: Thailand Office – Promphan 2 Building, Ladprao 3, Bangkok, Thailand.
                  Head Office – Penang, Malaysia.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architecture, structure, and/or MEP.
• Generate 2D drawings, 3D visuals, and coordinated plans from BIM data.
• Work hand-in-hand with architects, engineers, and consultants to keep designs fully aligned.
• Spot and resolve clashes before they become site headaches.
• Keep our BIM models organized, data-rich, and compliant with project standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve our BIM workflows and digital design processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 are a plus).
• At least 1 years of BIM modeling experience in architecture/engineering/construction.
• Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192) is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and a team player with strong communication skills.
