Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing structures. You will collaborate closely with clients, and, contractors, to ensure that designs comply with regulations and meet client expectations.
As an Architect, you will manage projects from concept through completion, prepare detailed blueprints and architectural plans
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and present design concepts to clients.
– Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
– Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, contractors, and other professionals.
– Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
– Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure, depending on region).
– 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
– Proficiency in architectural software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
– Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sustainability practices.
– Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
– Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
– Attention to detail and a strong design sense.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
– Experience with LEED certification or green building practices.
– Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
– BIM coordination and 3D modeling expertise.
