Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Core Hours: 10am-7pm

About the Role
Coopers Hill is seeking a highly experienced Senior or Associate Landscape Architect to join our Bangkok office. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented design leader who is fluent in both English and Thai to play a pivotal role in bridging our UK and Thailand teams.

The successful candidate will lead a small, remote-based team in Bangkok, delivering high-profile luxury hospitality and resort projects primarily run from our London studio. This role requires excellent design, management, and communication skills to coordinate seamlessly across international teams and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead and mentor the Bangkok-based landscape architecture team, ensuring design quality and efficient project delivery.
– Act as the primary point of contact between the Bangkok and London offices, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment across time zones.
– Manage project delivery from concept through to construction, with a particular focus on high-end hospitality and resort developments.
– Provide design leadership, technical oversight, and strategic input on multiple concurrent projects.
– Travel as required for client presentations, site visits, and coordination meetings.

Requirements

– Minimum 10 years’ professional experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects at an international standard.
– Experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, and high-end residential projects strongly preferred.
– Fluent in English and Thai (written and spoken) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Demonstrated management experience: leading teams, mentoring staff, and overseeing project delivery.
– Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines under pressure.
– Proficiency in design and documentation software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
