ARCHITECTS (minimum 5 years experience) – ENGLISH-SPEAKING

Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years post-graduate work with complex, high-rise projects, and on site experience at renowned architectural design firms, developing and managing projects to a high quality from concept to construction and construction administration phases. Clear communication skills, a systematic approach to design, teamwork mindset, excellent graphic abilities, design coordination and construction knowledge are essential.

Qualifications: Architects

• Fluency in English 
• Bachelor Degree (or equivalent professional degree) in Architecture
• 5 years minimum post-graduate experience
• Experience working on complex, high rise International projects.
• Strong conceptual, graphic and design abilities with clear communication skills
• Working Drawings and Construction Detailing knowledge
• Material Sourcing knowledge
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and consultants.
• Ability to deliver within tight time frames
• Strong computer aided design skills , solid model making experience, Revit experience is a plus
• Able to adapt into fast-paced environment, and able to work full time at our studio, under instruction from partner and team leader
