Senior Architect with English Proficiency

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design.

3. Able to prepare reports and summarize project details effectively, create presentations for clients and team members, and clearly define project requirements and specifications.

4. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Photoshop. Strong understanding of construction drawings, including architectural, structural, and MEP systems. Capable of delivering professional presentations to clients.

5. Good command of English, both written and spoken.

6. Strong team player with a high level of responsibility and excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, confident in expressing ideas, and open to constructive feedback and collaboration.
