Architectural Executive (Designer)

Job Summary:

To support design team in delivering high-quality architectural design project for both local and international developments. The role involves working across all design stages from concept design through design development while contributing strong design sensibility, technical coordination, and collaborative teamwork to successfully complete projects.

Job Resposibility:                                  

• Support the team in developing architectural designs from concept design to design development stages;
• Prepare and develop design concepts, massing studies, layouts, and architectural drawings;
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with internal team members and external consultants;
• Assist in resolving design issues to ensure timely completion of design deliverables;
• Contribute ideas and design solutions with strong aesthetic and functional awareness;
• Support the delivery of design packages for both Thailand-based and international projects;
• Maintain openness to feedback, continuous learning, and new design approaches;
• Ensure design quality, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design;
• Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate ideas into clear design outcomes;
• Ability to work across multiple project stages and manage design responsibilities;
• Experience working on both local and international architectural projects;
• Hands-on experience from concept design through design development;
• Experience working in collaborative, team-based design environments;
• Exposure to mixed-use, residential, hospitality, or commercial projects is an advantage
• Proficiency in design software (Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop)
