Architectural Associate for MRT

Job Summary:
Assist project lead to deliver project, transportation design and documentation for on-going and potential projects.

Responsibilities:

• MRT underground station layout;
• Liaise with consultants/ clients/ authority/ contractor;
• Involves in Planning/ Design develop/ Review/ Modeling/ Documentation and Submission;
• Review drawing and construction document;
• Work closely with team to ensure smooth delivery of project on time.

Qualifications:

• A recognized Degree in architecture with registered Thai architect license.
• Minimum 3 years of architectural experience, Rail & transport is perferred.
• Good knowledge of architecture design, planning, details, working drawing and construction practices.
• Knowledge of computer 3D and presentation programs such as Revit, Naviswork, Autocad and sketchup etc.
• Communication and coordination in English.
• Good experience in Thai code and international code; NFPA, SG code, etc.
