Junior Interior Architect

We are expanding our team!

Responsibilities (For Interior Architect) :

–         Discuss designs with directors and further develop

–         Produce presentation slides and construction drawings on both interior and FF&E based on given architectural design

–         Attend meetings with international clients and record meeting notes

–         Coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers

–         Site inspection

–         Prop arrangement on sites

–         Research and propose innovative material

Qualifications :

–         0-2 years experience

–         Graduated from Faculty of Architecture or equivalent

–         Interesting in architecture, interior and construction

–         Required computer skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape/ D5

–         Extra computer skills that would add more points: Revit, Rhino – Grasshopper

–         Able to communicate in English with international clients and consultants

–         Enthusiastic to learn new things and self-management skills

–         Interested in designing pool villa, low rise building and hospitality projects

–         Can live with cats occasionally roaming in the studio
