Urban Designer & Landscape Architect

Fixed-Term Contract (10 months or 1 Year)

Responsibilities:

– Conduct site surveys, develop concepts, and design masterplans and public spaces.
– Oversee and take responsibility for projects in collaboration with the team leader and landscape architecture team.
– Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
– Manage and plan the work of assigned project sections to ensure successful completion and maintain quality standards.
– Produce presentation materials such as colored masterplan renders, perspectives, isometric views, sections, etc.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or related fields.
– 2–5 years of experience in urban design or landscape architecture.
– Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
– Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
– Positive attitude, team player, open to feedback, and good time management skills.
– Passionate about urban design and systems thinking at a large spatial scale.
