Senior Architect / Project Architect (Revit)

PHi Architects is looking for a Senior Architect / Project Architect (Revit) to join our growing team.

Our current projects include large-scale data centers, industrial and commercial developments, working with international clients and multidisciplinary consultant teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate architectural design and documentation for assigned projects.
Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Review client/consultant comments, analyze issues, and propose appropriate responses and design solutions, rather than waiting for instructions.
Coordinate architectural work with structural, MEP, BIM and other consultants.
Review drawings and models prepared by junior architects before submission.
Prepare and review design, tender, construction and authority submission drawings.
Participate in client/consultant coordination meetings and follow up on action items.
Support and guide junior team members in technical and documentation matters.
Report key issues, options and recommendations to the Project Director for final decision.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Approximately 5+ years of architectural experience.
Good working proficiency in Autodesk Revit is advantage.
Able to read, understand and coordinate architectural drawings independently.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to review comments and propose solutions independently.
Experience in large-scale, industrial, mission-critical or data center projects is an advantage 
Working English for drawings, emails and coordination meetings.
