Interior Designer

Qualification:        

–           Bachelor of Interior Design or Architecture

–           Basic knowledge of English

Experience:

–           Experience in design firms

–           Experience in hospitality is preferred

Knowledge/Abilities:

–           Proactive and efficient

–           Excellent time-management and deliver works to meet deadlines

–           Ability to prioritize work and multi-tasking

–           Good knowledge of finishes, materials, furnishings and standards

–           High level of responsibility and independent

–           Detailed and quality-orientated

–           Good interpersonal and communication skills

–           Good communication in English is desirable

–           Service-minded & team player

Computer skills:

–           Proficient in AutoCAD

–           Proficient in SketchUp and 3D Max

–           Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

–           Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook

Job Description: 

–           Assume the role of Interior Designer and assist Design Director/Senior Interior Designer to undertake design tasks assigned

–           Prepare sketch designs including perspectives, material selections etc.

–           Deliver design works throughout the process from concept design through documentation

–           Work with design team to determine all FF&E requirements

–           Produce interior perspective renderings

–           Assist in drafting design documentation

–           Attend design and site meetings as necessary

Successful candidate will respond to Senior Interior Designer and Design Director, and under their scrutiny will develop projects from inception/concept design to documentation package. Coordinate with Architecture and CAD teams to develop multi-disciplinary projects. Scope of work will include contact with clients and consultants and construction administration.
