Job Responsibilities:
- Review architectural design packages produced by the headquarters design team
- Adapt architectural design to comply with Thai building codes and regulations
- Prepare architectural permit drawings
- Coordinate architectural design with structural and MEP disciplines
- Communicate with authorities during permit submission
- Provide architectural support during construction stage
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture.
- Must hold Thai Architect License and be able to sign and stamp drawings.
- Minimum 8 years architectural design experience.
- Experience in residential or hospitality projects preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Good English communication skills
