Interior

We are searching for an Interior Designer to support the design development and site coordination of interior spaces for a landmark real estate and hospitality development project.

Role:

• Develop and coordinate interior design drawings, mood boards, material and furniture selections from concept through construction documentation
• Ensure interior designs comply with the project’s brand standards, functional requirements, and local building codes
• Coordinate with architecture, landscape, and engineering teams to ensure a fully integrated design
• Review shop drawings, finishes, and furniture/fixture/equipment (FF&E) submittals for compliance with design intent
• Conduct site visits to monitor installation quality against interior design drawings and specifications
• Support the Project Manager (Architect & Design) in managing interior design consultants and design-stage approvals
• Report to the Project Manager (Architect & Design)
