Site Supervisor (Architect)

We are searching for a Site Supervisor (Architectural) to oversee day-to-day architectural and finishing works on site for a landmark real estate and hospitality development project.

Role:

• Supervise daily architectural and finishing works on site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor contractor work progress against the construction schedule and flag delays or issues promptly
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks on architectural finishes, facades, and building envelope works
• Enforce site safety procedures and ensure contractors comply with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with the Project Manager (Architect & Design) and project architect to resolve on-site technical and design issues
• Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and material/equipment logs
• Report to the Project Manager (Architect & Design)
