Role Summary

The Interior Drafter (BIM & CAD) supports the design and project teams by producing accurate, coordinated interior design drawings and BIM models. This role focuses on translating design intent into detailed construction-ready documentation while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project standards

Responsibilities

•      Using BIM and CAD for interior design drafting

•      Prepare and develop interior design drawings including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules

•      Create and maintain BIM models (primarily in Revit or equivalent) based on design and consultant inputs

•      Coordinate interior drawings with architectural, MEP, structural, and other consultants

•      Assist in producing design development (DD) and construction documentation (CD) packages

•      Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, codes, and office standards

•      Update drawings and models based on design changes and coordination feedback

•      Support quantity take-offs and material schedules when required

•      Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing and model files

•      Work closely with designers and other drafters to ensure the maintenance of coordination design efforts. To complete project responsibilities within scope, schedule and budget.

ความรับผิดชอบ

•      สามารถใช้โปรแกรม BIM และ CAD ในการเขียนแบบงานตกแต่งภายใน

•      จัดทำและพัฒนาแบบงานออกแบบภายใน ได้แก่ แปลน รูปด้าน รูปตัด รายละเอียด และตารางรายการต่าง ๆ

•      สร้างและดูแลรักษา BIM Model (โดยหลักใช้โปรแกรม Revit หรือโปรแกรมเทียบเท่า) ตามแนวคิดการออกแบบและข้อมูลจากทีมงานและที่ปรึกษาโครงการ

•      ประสานงานแบบงานออกแบบภายในกับสถาปัตยกรรม ระบบ MEP โครงสร้าง และที่ปรึกษาอื่น ๆ

•      ช่วยจัดทำชุดแบบในขั้นตอน การออกแบบขั้นัฒนา Design Development (DD) และ งานเขียนแบบก่อสร้าง Construction Documentation (CD)

•      ตรวจสอบให้แบบงานเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของโครงการ กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง และมาตรฐานของบริษัท

•      ปรับปรุงแก้ไขแบบและโมเดลตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงงานออกแบบ

•      สนับสนุนการถอดปริมาณงานและจัดทำตารางวัสดุเมื่อจำเป็น

•      จัดเก็บและดูแลไฟล์แบบและโมเดลให้เป็นระเบียบและเป็นปัจจุบัน

•      ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับนักออกแบบและนักเขียนแบบในทีม เพื่อให้งานเขียนแบบมีคุณภาพ ถูกต้องตามรูปแบบงานออกแบบ และเสร็จสิ้นภายในขอบเขต กำหนดการ และเหมาะสมงบประมาณ

Qualifications

•      Bachelor or higher degree in Architecture or Interior design/Drafting.

•      0+ years experience. Shopping mall / commercial & retail environment design experience is a plus.

•      Possess BIM and CAD drafting skills.

•      Basic knowledge in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.

•      Basic proficiency in design related software (Sketch Up, Enscape, 3D Max,…,etc.)

•      Advanced knowledge of finishes, materials, furnishings and standards

•      Ability to effectively meet deadlines.

•      Ability to work in team environment

•      Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

•      English proficiency is a plus
