Product Designer (Furniture)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.

• Understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

• Create user journeys, user flows, personas, and information architecture.

• Translate research insights into actionable design solutions.

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Ensure consistency through design systems and component libraries.

• Maintain brand identity across all touchpoints.

Product Development Collaboration:

• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation.
• Participate in product planning, sprint reviews, and design critiques.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.

Design Systems & Innovation:

• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines.Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Continuously improve product usability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Product Design, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
