Product Designer (Furniture)

Key Responsibilities
– Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
– Understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
– Create user journeys, user flows, personas, and information architecture.
– Translate research insights into actionable design solutions.
– Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
– Ensure consistency through design systems and component libraries.
– Maintain brand identity across all touchpoints.

Product Development Collaboration
– Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation.
– Participate in product planning, sprint reviews, and design critiques.
– Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.

Design Systems & Innovation
– Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines.
– Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
– Continuously improve product usability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Required
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or related field.
– 3–7 years of experience in Product Design, or related roles.
– Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects.
– Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
