Architectural Supervisor (Urgent!)

1.DESIGN OVERSIGHT

• Provides design leadership and ensures project adherence to design standards and guidelines.
• Reviews and approves design drawings and specifications.
• Collaborates with other disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to coordinate design efforts.

2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Oversees all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout.
• Develops project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitors project progress and ensures adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Identifies and resolves project challenges and risks.

3. TEAM LEADERSHIP

• Manages and mentors a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals.
• Delegates tasks and responsibilities effectively.
• Fosters a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Conducts performance reviews and provides feedback to team members.
• Establishing clear objectives and guiding the team’s work.

4. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

• Develops and manages project budgets.
• Tracks project costs and revenue.
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities.

5. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients.
• Understands client needs and translates them into design concepts.
• Presents design proposals and obtains client approval.
• Ensures client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

6. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and presentations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Participates in industry events and networking activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Proficiency in architectural software.
• Understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Project management skills.
• Business level English.
• High growth mindset.
• Minimum of  10 years of experience in architectural design.
