Senior Architect

1. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

• Develops innovative and functional architectural designs that align with client requirements and project goals.
• Conducts feasibility studies and site analysis to inform design decisions.
• Creates detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Collaborates with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

2. PROJECT LEADERSHIP

• Oversees multiple architectural projects simultaneously.
• Provides strategic direction and mentorship to junior architects and design teams.
• Manages project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

3. CLIENT MANAGEMENT

• Builds strong relationships with clients and understands their needs and expectations.
• Presents design concepts and proposals to clients effectively.
• Addresses client concerns and resolves issues promptly.

4. QUALITY ASSURERUNCE

• Ensures compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Conducts quality control reviews of design documents and construction progress.
• Identifies and resolves design and construction issues.

5. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Contributes to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building client relationships
• Develops proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Participates in industry events and networking activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong design skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in architectural design software. (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Vray, etc.)
• Business level English.
• High growth mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design
