Project Manager

Job Highlights:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including deal-making, design, budgeting, and construction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage resources, timelines, designs, and quality for each project, ensuring client expectations are met within budget constraints.
• Generate sales to achieve set goals.
• Oversee project timelines, budget control, concept and design, and coordination with subcontractors during the construction process.
• Supervise all aspects of the design process, including concept and design development, budgeting, and construction drawing, in collaboration with the Project Design Leader.
• Monitor on-site construction and ensure project progress aligns with business policies and schedule planning.
• Engage in discussions and negotiations with subcontractors and vendors.
• Inspect and assess the overall work progress of contractors.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Provide regular project status reports and take corrective actions to ensure project progress stays on schedule.
• Handle budget management, quotations, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Interior Architecture, Decoration, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of total working experience in the Interior Design field.
• Experience in Project Management within Consulting firms, Interior Design firms, or Construction firms specializing in interior design.
• Knowledge of Budget Control (BOQ).
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive thinking and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including leadership, management, communication, problem-solving, and planning.
• Outstanding analytical and internal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
