  High Life เมื่อกรุงเทพฯ และจังหวัดใหญ่ๆ มีคอนโดมิเนียมกระจายไปอยู่ในทุกตรอกซอกซอย ชีวิตผู้คนจึงเปลี่ยนไป  กลายเป็นผู้อยู่อาศัยทางตั้งเพิ่มมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ASA CREW ฉบับนี้จึงชวนคนในแวดวงอสังหาริมทรัพย์ทั้งฝั่งนักพัฒนา อสังหาริมทรัพย์ และฝั่งบริษัท เทคโนโลยีที่พัฒนาด้าน  Big Data ของธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ มาล้อมวงพูดคุยกันถึงปรากฏการณ์นี้และแนวโน้มที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต รวมถึงประเด็นอื่นๆ ที่น่าสนใจเกี่ยวกับเรื่องราวของอาคารสูง เชิญพลิกอ่านกันได้เลยครับ    ผศ. ดร.กมล จิราพงษ์ บรรณาธิการบริหาร

Aging Society กระแส Aging Society หรือสังคมผู้สูงวัยได้รับการพูดถึงมาสักพักใหญ่แล้วในบ้านเรา เนื่องจากประเทศไทยจะเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุโดยสมบูรณ์ในปี พ.ศ. 2568 หรืออีกไม่กี่ปีข้างหน้านี้ในวงการสถาปัตยกรรมมีความเคลื่อนไหวเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้อย่างไรบ้าง เราจะเตรียมพร้อมรับมือทำความเข้าใจและมองหาโอกาสใหม่ๆ กับปรากฏการณ์นี้ได้อย่างไร ASA CREW ฉบับนี้ เราหยิบประเด็นเหล่านี้มานำเสนอ นอกจากคอลัมน์ Feature ที่นำเสนอหัวข้อ ‘Aging Society: ปรากฏการณ์สูงวัยครองเมือง เคลื่อนโลก’ ที่จะพาคุณผู้อ่านไปสำรวจสถานการณ์สังคมผู้สูงวัยในประเทศต่างๆ ในส่วนคอลัมน์ Roundtable Talk เรายังได้เชิญผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสุขภาวะประชากรและสถาปนิกมานั่งล้อมวงคุยกันในประเด็น “สังคมสูงวัย” ที่กำลังเป็นปรากฏการณ์ในบ้านเรา รวมไปถึงแนะนำโครงการที่อยู่อาศัยเพื่อผู้สูงอายุที่นับวันจะเพิ่มมากขึ้น และเรื่องราวที่น่าสนใจอีกมากมาย เชิญพลิกอ่านกันได้เลยครับ ผศ.ดร. กมล จิราพงษ์ บรรณาธิการบริหาร  

ก่อนอื่นผมขอขอบคุณคุณผู้อ่านทุกท่าน สำหรับการตอบรับวารสาร ASA CREW โฉมใหม่ที่ถือว่าน่าปลื้มใจ และเป็นกำลังใจให้ทีมงานมากทีเดียว สำหรับฉบับนี้เรายังคงเลือกเฟ้นเนื้อหาที่น่าสนใจมานำเสนอกันเช่นเคย เรื่องเด่นประจำ ฉบับเราหยิบเอาเรื่องราวออฟฟิศสถาปนิกหน้าใหม่ที่น่าจับตามานำเสนอ รวมทั้งเชิญสถาปนิกรุ่นใหม่มานั่งล้อมวงคุยกัน เพื่อสะท้อนภาพ สถานการณ์ในปัจจุบัน ทั้งการเรียนและการทำงานด้านสถาปัตย์ พร้อมกับเรื่องที่น่าสนใจอีกมากมาย ถ้าพร้อมแล้วพลิกอ่านกันเลยครับ ผศ. ดร.กมล จิราพงษ์ บรรณาธิการบริหาร
