The heart of this entire construction project is seen in the illustration above as it is a compilation of shared knowledge applied in the planning for each element, their proportions and designs, the size of the columns,
the position of the Garuda, a symbol for the god Narai, details of the decorative work and the reflections of different faiths and beliefs. Behind the design is a framework for this inspiration, which is first, the design philosophy, which considers who this is being built for and why, the answer being to pay homage to the late, revered King Rama IX. Second is the design concept, which includes the structures and grounds, their proportions and harmonious interconnection with one another and third, the precision and accuracy, which means correctness according to
different symbols, creating a temporary Royal Pyre for Cremation that reflects the majestic grandeur required to pay homage to the Chakri dynasty with the colors that reflect success. No matter how well all was designed, it would not matter or have any significance if construction was not completed on time. To accomplish this task, thus, required the finest skills and capabilities as well as the best in efforts and materials. This is what has been in my heart when designing this Royal Pyre for Cremation.
