ARCASIA Ar. Barry Will Award 2025 (The 3rd cycle)
A chance to bring your CSR initiative to life!
The award offers opportunity for designers and architects to propose an innovative socially responsible related project or programme in the following form:
▶ Option 1 Project – to design and to build the project
▶ Option 2 Programme – to develop and to implement a programme within the time and budget provided under the
Your socially-related architectural or environmental topics project or programme to be executed and completed on or before 30 June 2027 as a showcase to all ARCASIA members.
>> Award sum (US$10,000.00) for the benefit of their local community.<<
Your entry should refer to ARCASIA Charter on Social Responsibility with no specific requirement for architectural projects (e.g. scale, location, section view diagrams). The proposed project is not an existing built project or construction. Jury Panel comprises of architects as well as laypersons.
Registration and Submission: 31 May 2025 23:59 HKT
Jury Review: 1 July 2025 and onwards
Jury Interview: within July 2025
Award Presentation: At ARCASIA ACA 21 Incheon Korea in September 2025

ARCASIA has launched multiple cycles of the award in commemoration of ARCASIA Past Chairman Professor Barry Fegan Will (The Hong Kong Institute of Architects – HKIA) who had contributed greatly to the growth, unity and harmony of ARCASIA. This award will be held in five ARCASIA ACAs for a 10-year period since 2021.
