SIA Design Awards 2025
The SIA Design Awards – Singapore Institute of Architects’ pinnacle recognition – stands as a beacon for excellence in architectural design. Continuing the tradition, the results of this prestigious accolade will be unveiled at the much-anticipated Singapore Archifest 2025, themed “Don’t (Just) Think Like An Architect”.
This award honours SIA Members for their exceptional contributions to architectural excellence and innovation, emphasizing their vital role in fostering meaningful conversations about architecture both within and beyond the discipline.
This year, the SIA Architectural Design Awards has been rebranded to become the SIA Design Awards 2025 (SIADA2025). For the first time, we will also be introducing a new “High-density Housing” category for our friends from the 4-Nations partnership to participate in. This seeks to expand the reach of this award to more deserving projects and spotlight the creativity throughout the region.
In celebration of SG60, we are also pleased to announce that the entrance fee for SIADA25 will be reduced to:
- SGD 436 (incl. GST) for firms based locally
- SGD 218 (incl. GST) for firms within the 4-Nations partnership
SIA invites all eligible members to participate in the SIA Design Awards 2025, amplifying the appreciation and patronage of exemplary architectural design within the professional and public spheres.
Key Dates – SIADA25 Timeline
- Launch of SIADA25: 10 March 2025
- Closing Date for Q&A: 20 March 2025
- Release of Q&A Responses: By 03 April 2025
- Submissions Open: 03 April 2025
- Submission Deadline: 24 April 2025
- Notification of Shortlisted Finalists: 01 June 2025 – 21 June 2025
- Site Visits & Overseas Project Presentations: 22 June 2025 – 24 June 2025
- Final Judging by Jury Panel (Tentative): 25 June 2025 (Morning)
