Job Description
– Proficient in using SketchUP and Enscape to create perspectives, as well as other related programs such as Photoshop AutoCAD and 3Ds Max
– Able to create mood & tone, design, and layout plans, and can design in any style as assigned.
– Present design work as 3D renderings within the given time frame.
– Have an understanding of the market, clients, and the nature of the work.
– Creative, imaginative, passionate, and dedicated to design work.
– Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
– Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in 3D visualization
– Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in 3D modeling software
– Ability to produce highly detailed and accurate visualizations that align with design concepts.
