- Lead and develop architectural design packages from concept, schematic, to detailed design stages, ensuring design intent, functionality, and aesthetic quality are consistently maintained.
- Produce and review drawings, design reports, and specifications with accuracy and compliance to project requirements and applicable codes or standards.
- Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to deliver well-integrated and buildable design solutions.
- Undertake design validation and internal reviews to ensure deliverables meet both Archetype and international standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of design quality and documentation workflows.
- Prepare and support presentations, design documentation, and client communications as required throughout the design process.
- Collaborate closely with the Team Leader or Design Manager to monitor design progress, resolve design issues, and align outcomes with project objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects, supporting their professional development and ensuring consistency of output across the team.
During the construction phase, provide design clarification, responses to RFIs, and advisory support to clients or contractors when required, ensuring design intent is preserved. - Promote and apply BIM workflow, Revit-based collaboration, and digital design tools for efficient coordination and document management.
