Senior Architect

·         Senior Architect 6–10-year Experience with international experience

·         High-end Hospitality projects, Hotels, condominium and Residential projects.

·         Conceptual and construction detailing design skills.

·         Well organized, thorough, motivated and self-sufficient.

·         Knowledge of international and local materials and products specifications.

·         Project Management experience and leadership capabilities are sufficient to manage the project team and interface with engineering consultants and owners.

·         Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and relevant legal requirements (both local and international standards)

·         Computer software experience: REVIT CAD, Graphic Software and MS Office applications.

·         Communication skills in English language. (Thai and English a plus).

·         International experience or experience with an international firm.
