Working Locations: Kvik Thonglor or Kvik CDC
Working Condition: Roster (9.00 – 18.00) or (10.00 – 19.00), Day off : 8 Days/Month

Job descriptions
– Create design our products and and present them to clients for approval
– Have sales strategies to achieve company targets
– Manage leads from the marketing team since initial contact through coordination to closing deals
– Provide consultation and present the company’s services from technical, cost-effectiveness, and suitability perspectives
– Prepare quotations, scope of work (SOW) and related sales documents
– Coordinate internally with foreman and site teams to ensure accurate and timely information delivery to clients
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals
 

Qualifications
– Interest in working in high-end sales
– 1-5 years of experience in architect , interior design , sales, sales coordination, or related roles
– Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for Interior Design or Architecture.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to deliver effective presentations
– Good personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
– Positive attitude (growth mindset) with a willingness to learn and continuously develop
– Able to communicate in English
– Provide Commission , Health insurance , Accident insurance
