Architectural Supervisor

1.DESIGN OVERSIGHT

Provides design leadership and ensures project adherence to design standards and guidelines.
Reviews and approves design drawings and specifications.
Collaborates with other disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to coordinate design efforts.
2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Oversees all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout.
Develops project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Monitors project progress and ensures adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Identifies and resolves project challenges and risks.
3. TEAM LEADERSHIP

Manages and mentors a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals.
Delegates tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Fosters a collaborative and creative work environment.
Conducts performance reviews and provides feedback to team members.
Establishing clear objectives and guiding the team’s work.
4. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Develops and manages project budgets.
Tracks project costs and revenue.
Identifies cost-saving opportunities.
5. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients.
Understands client needs and translates them into design concepts.
Presents design proposals and obtains client approval.
Ensures client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
6. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Prepare proposals and presentations.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Participates in industry events and networking activities.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Strong design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Proficiency in architectural software.
Understanding of construction methods and materials.
Project management skills.
Business level English.
High growth mindset.
Minimum of  10 years of experience in architectural design.
