Job Responsibilities

– Prepare, review, and manage bidding documents, quotations, and contract-related files for design and project works.
– Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding contract terms, project timelines, and payment schedules.
– Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
– Ensure all contracts adhere to legal requirements, regulations, and company policies.
– Support the project team in contract administration and related documentation.
 -Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field.
– 1–3 years of experience in construction project management or a relevant field.
– Knowledge of project contracts, RFPs, and bidding documents.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with construction/design software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a plus.
– Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
– Good command of English, both written and spoken.
