FF&E Designer

We are seeking an FF&E Designer with a strong sense of design, passion for interiors, and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, specifying, and coordinating all FF&E items for our projects, ensuring design intent is met from concept to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the selection, specification, and documentation of FF&E items in line with project requirements and design direction.
• Source furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and decorative items from suppliers.
• Prepare FF&E schedules, mood boards, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth procurement and delivery.
• Monitor quality, cost, and timelines for all FF&E elements.
• Maintain organized records of samples, quotations, and vendor information.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in FF&E and interior design
• Age 25-35 years old.
• Strong sense of design and passion for interior styling.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Good coordination and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is a plus.
