- Efficient in Chinese for specifications (Together with English is a plus)
- Expertise in computer-aided design (CAD)
- Good with Skecth-Up to read the design
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and processes
- High responsibilty and good with communications
