Middle Interior Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

• Develops innovative and functional architectural designs that align with client requirements and project goals.
• Creates detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

2. CLIENT MANAGEMENT

• Builds strong relationships with clients and understands their needs and expectations.
• Presents design concepts and proposals to clients effectively.

3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Contributes to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building client relationships
• Participates in industry events and networking activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in architectural design software. (3DsMax, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Vray, etc.)
• High growth mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior design
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interior design
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3dsMax corona.
