Site Architect (เขาใหญ่)

Responsibilities

• Review and comment on drawings, specifications, and other documents related to finishing works.
• Inspect and evaluate the contractor’s capability in terms of personnel, equipment, and conditions specifically for finishing works, ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections of finishing works (e.g., plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, joinery, and ceilings) in accordance with project standards and site-specific requirements, as directed by the line manager or QA/QC process.
• Assist in developing the inspection process for finishing works to ensure consistency and quality control.
• Record accurate inspection data and maintain site documentation related to finishing works.
• Verify and ensure the quality of finishing works carried out by the contractor.
• Monitor health and safety (H&S) compliance during finishing works and report any violations to the line manager.
• Review and comment on As-Built Drawings and operations manuals for finishing works.
• Provide support to the project team by ensuring high-quality deliverables in architectural finishes.
• Monitor progress and quality of all finishing works within the assigned area and report updates to the line manager.
• Perform other duties related to finishing works as assigned during the construction process.
   

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or equivalent relevant work experience (supervisor level preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in construction/site environments, with a focus on architectural finishing works.
• Strong attention to detail and quality, with a thorough understanding of finishing standards and best practices.
• Time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  Basic written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear inspection reports and observations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Team player with adaptability to changes in construction processes.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is preferred
