ARCHITECT

Responsibilities

– Assist senior architects in all stages of the design process.
– Record details, customer requirements to design for meeting customer needs.
– Design, calculate designs and make drawings, select materials of optimal quality and providing maximum benefit for customers.
– Be able to work as a team together with architects and other designers as well as work on site.
– Be knowledgeable about preparing designs for construction and submitting to request permission with the team leader.
– Be able to attend inspection meetings with engineers/contractors/coordinate during construction.

Qualifications

– Have graduated with a bachelor’s degree in architecture.
– Have 1-3 years of work experience.
– Knowledge on the application of materials for maximum usability.
– Good Presentation skills.
– Good interpersonal Skill
– Good  English communication skills will be given special consideration.
– Proficient in design-related computer programs such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
– Accept to consider new graduates who intend to learn work and are ready to grow with the company.
