Intermediate Workplace Designer

Conexus Studio is seeking an Intermediate Workplace Designer with strong design and technical skills, specializing in workplace interior projects.

(Please note: This position is for workplace/office projects only – not residential or hospitality design.)

Responsibilities :

• Develop workplace design concepts from initial idea to final delivery, including space planning, material selection, and interior detailing.
• Translate client needs and brand identity into innovative and functional workplace design solutions.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes to communicate design intent effectively.
• Collaborate with team members, consultants, and project managers throughout all design stages.
• Support the development of construction documentation (plans, elevations, sections, and details).
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, clearly articulating design concepts in English.
• Ensure design solutions meet project budgets, timelines, and technical requirements.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ proven experience in workplace/office design projects (not residential/hospitality).
• Strong space planning and conceptual design skills, with ability to develop design narratives.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (required).
• Experience with Enscape, V-Ray, or other rendering software (a strong advantage).
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture systems for workplace environments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English (spoken, written, and graphic).
• Ability to work independently on projects while collaborating in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.
