Junior FF&E Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior FF&E Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of aesthetics, knowledge of materials and furnishings, and the ability to support senior designers in developing high-quality interior design projects. This role involves research, sourcing, creating FF&E documentation, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure all selections meet the project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
– Assist Senior Designers in developing FF&E concepts, mood boards, and material palettes.
– Research and source furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, and accessories.
– Prepare FF&E presentations, sample boards, and specification sheets.
– Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to obtain product information, pricing, and samples.
– Maintain and update material libraries and supplier catalogues.
– Support in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and procurement documents.
– Ensure FF&E selections comply with design standards, budgets, and project timelines.
– Participate in site visits for installation checks and quality control, when required.
– Assist with documentation for tenders, client presentations, and project handovers.

Qualifications & Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
– 0–2 years of experience in FF&E or interior design (fresh graduates welcome).
– Basic understanding of materials, furniture design, color theory, and interior trends.
– Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
– Good communication and coordination skills.
– Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
– Passionate about design, trends, and materials.
– Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the design team.
– Can-do attitude and able to work under pressure.
