Senior Architect

We are looking for a Senior Architect with strong technical grounding and refined design sensibility to lead project development. This role bridges concept and construction, ensuring that ideas are translated into precise, buildable, and coherent architectural outcomes.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to take a leading role in project development and coordination.

You will be responsible for translating design concepts into technically sound and well-coordinated architectural projects, ensuring that design intent is carried through with clarity and consistency.

Responsibilities
– Project Development: Develop architectural designs from concept through construction documentation.
– Design Translation: Transform conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings and specifications.
– Coordination: Work closely with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
– Documentation: Produce and review detailed drawings and material specifications.
– Site Involvement: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and maintain design quality.
– Team Support: Supervise and guide junior team members.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
– 5–10 years of professional experience.
– Strong technical knowledge from concept to construction stage.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent software.
– Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
– Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating within a team.
