ประวัติ
อาคารระมิงค์ ทีเฮาส์ สยามศิลาดล ตั้งอยู่ริมลำน้ำแม่ข่า เดิมเป็นบ้านของขุนอนุกรบุรี ต้นตระกูลนิมากร ท่านเป็นคนไทยเชื้อสายจีน ได้รับบรรดาศักดิ์เป็นขุนในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 6 ในสมัยท่านขุนอนุกรบุรี บ้านหลังนี้ได้เปิดเป็นร้านขายวัสดุก่อสร้างชื่อร้านหนิ่มเฉี่ยวฉวด หลังจากท่านขุนอนุกรบุรีถึงแก่กรรมในปี พ.ศ. 2495 ทายาทของท่านคือนายบรรยงค์ นิมากร ได้เปิดเป็นคลีนิคชื่อว่าคลีนิคหมอสมโพธิ ต่อมาได้ขายให้นายนิตย์ วังวิวัฒน์ เจ้าของกิจการชาระมิงค์เมื่อวันที่ 6 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2529 หลังจากนั้น คุณนิตย์ได้ให้ผู้อื่นเช่าบ้านทำเป็นร้านอาหารอิตาเลียน จนกระทั่งปี พ.ศ. 2545 จึงได้เข้ามาดำเนินการปรับปรุงฟื้นฟูอาคารซึ่งขณะนั้นมีสภาพทรุดโทรมมาก และเปิดเป็นร้านน้ำชาชื่อว่า ระมิงค์ ทีเฮาส์ สยามศิลาดล เมื่อวันที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2546
อาคารระมิงค์ ทีเฮาส์ สยามศิลาดล เป็นอาคารไม้สักขนาดใหญ่ 2 ชั้น รูปแบบสถาปัตยกรรมแบบตะวันตก มีคอร์ทเปิดโล่งตรงกลาง ชั้น 2 มีระเบียงด้านหน้าอาคารและภายในล้อมรอบคอร์ท ราวระเบียงเป็นไม้ฉลุโปร่ง มีลวดลายละเอียดงดงาม ชายคาและช่องแสงเป็นไม้แกะสลักและฉลุโปร่งเช่นกัน นับเป็นตัวอย่างบ้านร้านค้ารูปแบบหนึ่งของยุครัชกาลที่ 6 ที่มีการก่อสร้างและตกแต่งอย่างประณีตสวยงาม
ในการบูรณะอาคารมีอาจารย์ศิริพร กรรณกุลสุนทร อาจารย์พิเศษ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา เป็นผู้ออกแบบวิธีการอนุรักษ์ตามหลักวิชาการ โดยการซ่อมแซมส่วนที่ชำรุดเสียหาย และเสริมส่วนประดับตกแต่ง เช่น ลวดลายไม้แกะสลักที่ขาดหายให้สมบูรณ์ตามรูปแบบเดิม ในด้านการใช้สอยมีการเพิ่มเติมห้องน้ำเพราะอาคารเดิมมีเพียงห้องเดียว อาคารระมิงค์ ทีเฮาส์ สยามศิลาดล ถือเป็นตัวอย่างของการรักษามรดกสถาปัตยกรรมควบคู่ไปกับกิจกรรมร่วมสมัยที่มีคุณค่าทางเศรษฐกิจมากพอที่จะรักษาอาคารนั้นไว้ได้

History
Raming Tea House Siam Celadon was constructed on the bank of Mae Kha waterway. It was originally a residence of Khun Anukonburi, a Thai-Chinese who was the founder of Nimakon family and confered the title “Khun” during the reign of King Rama VI. This building had been used as a construction supply store called “Nim Chiao Chuat”.
After Khun Anukonburi’s demise in 1952, Mr. Banyong Nimakon, his heir, changed itsfunction into a clinic called “Dr. Somphot Clinic”. On 6th August 1986, the building was sold toMr. Nit Wangwiwat, the owner of “Raming Tea” business. Mr. Nit rented out the house, whichbecame an Italian restaurant until 2002. Regarding its deteriorated condition, Mr. Nit and Mrs. Phenphan, his wife, had the house restored and converted to Raming Tea House Siam Celadon, officially opened on 1st August 2003.
It is a large 2-storey teakwood building in Colonial architecture with an open court in the middle. Distinguished features are terraces, accentuating the front of its second floor and surrounding the open court inside, whose balustrades were made of delicate wood carvings and open-works. The eaves and headlights were also decorated with wooden open-works. It is a model for shop houses in the reign of King Rama VI that favoured elaborate decorations and adornments.

ประวัติ
ร้านอุดมพันธ์ เป็นอาคารร้านค้ายุคแรกๆ ของชุมชนริมน้ำ สร้างขึ้นโดยนายฮวดกี่ บิดาของนางเจียมจิต สิโรตมรัตน์ เจ้าของบ้านปัจจุบัน นายฮวดกี่เป็นชาวจีนแต้จิ๋วที่เดินทางมาจากอำเภอเท่งไฮ้ มณฑลกวางตุ้ง ประเทศจีน หลังจากที่ได้มาก่อร่างสร้างตัวที่ประเทศไทยจนประสบความสำเร็จ นายฮวดกี่จึงได้สร้างรากฐานที่มั่นคงให้แก่ครอบครัว โดยร่วมกับพี่ชายที่เป็นผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้าง สร้างอาคารหลังนี้ขึ้น รวมทั้งอาคารอีกหลายหลังในชุมชน
ร้านอุดมพันธ์เป็นอาคารพาณิชย์ โครงสร้างคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ด้านหน้าอาคารแบ่งเป็น 3 ช่วงเสา มี 2 ชั้น ภายในเป็นคอร์ทเปิดโล่ง หลังคาแบนเป็นดาดฟ้ามีระเบียงรอบ ลูกกรงปูน ช่วงเสากลางยกสูงขึ้นอีกชั้นหนึ่งคล้ายหอคอย ลักษณะเด่นของอาคาร คือการนำเอกลักษณ์สถาปัตยกรรมจีนเข้ามาผสมผสานกับการก่อสร้างด้วยวัสดุสมัยใหม่ อาทิ การเน้นความสมดุลแบบสมมาตร การเปิดคอร์ทกลางอาคาร และการตกแต่งหน้าต่างด้วยลายประแจจีน เป็นต้น ในปี พ.ศ. 2539 – 2540 มีการปรับปรุงบ้านครั้งใหญ่ พร้อมกับเจาะหน้าต่างตรงผนังด้านข้างของบ้านทั้ง 2 ด้าน
ปัจจุบันนี้ ถึงแม้ชุมชนริมน้ำจะไม่คึกคักเหมือนแต่ก่อน เนื่องจากการตัดถนนใหม่เข้าสู่อำเภอเมืองโดยตรงโดยไม่ต้องผ่านอำเภอท่าม่วงเหมือนเดิม แต่ร้านอุดมพันธ์ยังดำเนินการอยู่และได้รับการดูแลรักษาเป็นอย่างดี เนื่องจากทายาทของท่านผู้ก่อตั้งเห็นคุณค่าของอาคารในฐานะมรดกของครอบครัว และมรดกของชุมชนที่สมควรได้รับการอนุรักษ์ให้สืบทอดสู่อนุชนรุ่นหลังสืบไป

History
One of the first shops in waterside Tha Muang community, Udomphan shop was built by Mr. Huatki, a native Chinese from Canton and a father of Mrs. Chiamchit Sirotamarat, who relocated to settle in Thailand and became a successful business holder in the area. Mr. Huatki, collaborating with his elder brother who was a building contractor, aimed to have this building as a landmark of the family’s prosperity and also constructed many other buildings in the community in later times.
Udomphan Shop is a commercial ferro concrete building whose front façade comprises of 3 bays in 2-storey and a middle bay was raised up into another storey, similar to a tower. Inside of the building is an open courtyard with flat platform roof surrounded by cement balustrades. The general appearance of this building is simple yet fascinating with the integration of Chinese influenced elements into modern construction techniques and materials such as symmetrical balance, opened courtyard, and the application of Chinese designs into window decorations.
Tha Muang community of today is not as active as in the past since a new road leading directly to Amphoe Mueang has been constructed thus Tha Muang has lost its importance as a centre. Nevertheless, Udomphan Shop still opens for business and the building has been well-conserved as successors of the family realize the true value of this cultural heritage for the community.
